Well , what can I say. When I waltzed up to the clinic I was a bit nervous , I don’t know why I was after all only having a scan , my mind was put at ease straight away with the wonderful Caroline the receptionist,just made me feel more relaxed with a friendly chat and a coffee. Then came the bomb shell ; dr mark could squeeze me in later that afternoon for the treatment, no pressure just have another cup of coffee with caroline and have a think . During this time great credit to dr mark he even bought me lunch , well I don’t want to go home now , crikey free coffee and lunch , life can’t get better than this , I thought well let’s get it done , so glad I did the procedure took about thirty minutes , I am looking forward to my next visit in six weeks time for a full catch up and obviously a nice cup of coffee. Must not forget cass the nurse either absolutely superb . The whole day was an absolute joy .

Excellent service provided by all staff at Nottingham in a relaxed and friendly environment. I would have no hesitation in recommending Veincentre to anyone requiring vein treatment.

Excellent service thank you. Greeted warmly by a friendly receptionist followed by a professional consultation. I felt well looked after & both the nurse & doctor were informative, open & honest about their findings & recommended treatment.

Consultant was repetitive when I asked different questions, giving the same answer which led me to think he could not answer my questions. The consultant was unable to tell me what was the cause of my vein problem was therefore I was not convinced he was a specialist in the subject and felt my £250.00 was not a good investment. Xxxx

Very happy from start to finish. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were very kind and and made me feel welcome.

I had to wait outside for a while as the receptionist was having to cover the nurses role as she was off with Covid. Once in reception Olivia chatted to me while I was waiting as they were a bit behind. She was very friendly and after my consultation asked if I had any questions. I was pleased with my consultation and everything was explained to me including the costs.
