I was put at ease as soon as I arrived at the clinic for my initial consultation. I didn't feel rushed and everything was explained to me clearly. this information was then communicated to me by email and letter to confirm the decisions that were made for my best treatment. ALL staff were kind, efficient and friendly. I would recommend the centre to others.

Friendly reception. Staff made me feel at ease. Everything was explained to me in full. I felt I had enough information to make a decision.

It calls itself the Veincentre, I had a problem with my veins, They couldn't help. £250 wasted when I can ill afford it. Pleasant but useless. Should seriously think about changing the name.

Dear Mr Brown, I am sorry to read of your disappointment following your appointment with us. I have taken the time to read through all correspondence that you have had with us at Veincentre. Upon your initial enquiry, our team advised that we may not be able to help with your condition, however, you felt that the problem could be connected to varicose veins therefore we advised that the only way that we would be able to confirm either way, was to assess you in person via a consultation. I am sorry that we are unable to diagnose you but as our consultant advised, this is something that we are unable to treat at Veincentre as this is not a vein problem. I wish you all the best in seeking further medical advice from your GP. Kind regards, Emily

I found the information available on the website, clear and informative which persuaded me to choose Veincentre ahead of other providers. The first consultation was excellent - I felt fully informed by Mr McCarthy, resulting in my agreement to go ahead with the procedure suggested by him. The nurse and receptionist were also very helpful. The letter explaining the diagnosis and recommended treatment was as agreed at the consultation and very clear.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, who managed to diagnose my problem right away. I was a little apprehensive about my visit, but I really had nothing to worry about. Everyone was so good. I look forward to my next visit for treatment soon.

Very warm welcome, offered a drink while I waited. Into my consultation promptly and had a brief chat before my leg scans and measurements were carried out. Was talked through the scans as they were happening and afterwards a through chat in regards findings with helpful drawings to further explain. No stone was left unturned, benefits/risks fully explained, questions answered and I happily proceeded to book the treatments that were recommended.
