“Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and engaged well in conversation putting me at ease and built my confidence and trust in the service I was going to receive. Nurse and Doctor were very caring throughout and Dr Deepak rang me the following day to check I was ok which I very much appreciated.”

“I chose the Vaincentre in London because of the positive reviews I read . I am so glad I can add another 5 star review. The service was exceptional from start to finish. “I was very impressed by the professional and sensetive manner I was treated with by the medical staff. The receptionist was welcoming, polite and offered us refreshments upon arrival. The premises were bright and very clean. The diagnosis was given with options of treatment with no pressure to have further treatment if I didn’t feel I wanted to continue.”

“I've only been for a consultation but everything was first class. The reception area was very welcoming and the receptionist was pleasant and friendly, offering us a cup of tea/coffee on arrival. The nurse came out to take me in to see the Doctor and she put me at ease straight away. I saw Dr Mark Reji and he was also very nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything very well and answered my questions. I immediately had faith in him as I knew he was a master in his field. I would thoroughly recommend!”

“Clean. Doctor answered all my questions. It would be helpful if you included in the information you send out beforehand the fact that you provide a paper gown for the examination. And that to prove we are covid free, take a photograph of the covid test result. I am going to go ahead with the procedure. I don't know what your question below about reviewing consultation means.”

“Consultation was clearly explained along with the various types of treatment available and any potential risks etc. Results were explained with associated costs for treatment required, not at all pushy to undertake the treatments. Overall very professional.”
