“Was very nervous but all the team put me at ease. Every question was answered. Dr Regi was so lovely and very thorough, explaining everything. The nurse was so helpful and friendly. The receptionist took time to talk me through everything and nothing was too much trouble. Now waiting for my next appointment for treatment September onwards.”

“I arrived at the veincentre Exeter and was very surprised how clean and neat it was. The receptionist was very friendly and I felt at ease straight away. I would like to commend her on her ability to make one feel so relaxed. The doctor took his time to explain the procedure to me and I was quite happy to go ahead with the procedure.”

“As I arrived the receptionist came into the carpark to assist me and ensure I did not get a parking ticket. I was welcomed into the centre and seen on time. I was met by 2 nurses who were very polite and showed in to see the doctor. One of the nurses stated to assist him and both were pleasant and made me feel at ease. All the information I needed was given to me either verbally or via information leaflets. The next part of the process was explained to me and a date booked.”
