“My experience at your clinic was very professional and I would highly recommend the treatment to anyone who needs vein treatment. Friendly and very pleasant surroundings, Inwas put at ease as soon as I arrived.”

“Very friendly reception and thorough evaluation of my problems followed by good explanation of the proposed treatment and recovery plan . The nurse was very much part of the team and shared in the genial reception I received. The facilities at the centre seemed a little limited for my partner who accompanied me, although there wasn’t a receptionist present when we arrived so the nurse was doubling up. So far very good.”

“I couldn't have been more pleased. I was contacted by phone with instructions as to how to proceed on arrival as the receptionist was off sick. A very efficient team was in place on entry to confirm the whereabouts of the waiting room. An extremely pleasant nurse greeted me. There was some small delay before I saw the doctor who was very pleasant indeed, highly efficient and detailed in her examination and subsequent communication of findings. I have every confidence in her and the team.”

“Staff very friendly, welcoming smile from receptionist. Doctor very thorough and explained what the various procedures were. Letter confirming details of visit received via e-mail following day and then hard copy the next day with copy to GP. Slight delay from arranged appointment time but nothing untoward.”

“I was greeted by the receptionist who said she was a nurse and was standing in for her colleague. She was very friendly and welcoming and chatted to me which put me at my ease. I was shown into the surgery and met with another very welcoming nurse who explained what was going to happen. I was then introduced to Dr Bratby. He too was very friendly and approachable. He carried out my scan and then explained what the procedure would entail and the likely outcome of treatments. Overall my experience was good and I am very pleased with the advice I was given and decided to go forward.”

“Really good experience, I was a little nervous at first but receptionist and nurse made me feel very welcome, Mr D. Lewis was extremely helpful explaining everything in easy understandable terms, completely eased my concerns. I would recommend Cardiff vein clinic.”
