Had a consultation at the Newcastle clinic on 7th September with Dr Regi. He was very lovely and put me at ease straight away. Everything was explained well and in detail. Also thank you to hazel who was amazing! So lovely and kind. I definitely chose the right team to have treatment with. See you in December

I was at the consultation very friendly service. Immediately the lady at the reception offered me a coffee or something cold to drink. a very thorough consultation the doctor explained exactly to me. I recommend now waiting for the procedure.

Clear and precise information on website initially. Felt so anxious and although this didnt go it was eased slightly by the staff there who were lovely. Booked in for treatment after having the consultation which was quick and straight forward.

I was very pleased with the service and was also pleased that they could operate in 2 weeks. Unfortunately due to the 19th being a bank holiday due to the queens passing away I was not offered another appointment until the 31st october which was 6 weeks away. I thought that as my vein was in a serious condition I could have been offered a date a lot sooner.

The Veincentre team are exceptional. Welcoming and explained every step of the way. Dr Ananth is an amazing surgeon and would highly recommend the treatment that they provide. Felt safe and relaxed all the way through the procedure. Professional with a mix a humour to relax the nerves. Excellent

My overall experience from my first consultation is excellent. Very knowledgeable consultant as you would expect. Explained every step from the start to finish. Great communication, not only at the clinic but also lots of Information through the post. Looking forward to the next step.

The three staff were friendly and helpful. My appointment started half an hour after the scheduled time. I received an agreement whereby my address (on the letterhead) did not align with the envelope window, so the post office had torn off the corner to read my address - so others in my house now know about my treatment - which is not what I'd wanted. The treatment quote references £100 reassessment follow up meeting. This was not itemised on the price list I received before or after my appointment, or mentioned at any time during my consultation. I feel it contradicts your brand claim to be completely transparent about costs.

We appreciate that this can be frustrating, and whilst we do all we can to ensure appointments run on time, delays can sometimes be unavoidable. Thank you for making us aware that your letter did not align with the envelope window. We are sorry that this wasn’t corrected prior to your letter being posted. The £100 reassessment fee is detailed in full on the website and is also contained within the treatment quote letter, so we believe that those are as transparent as possible. I have just had my EVLA and sclerotherapy today. I was very nervous, however David and Helen quickly put me at ease, explained everything as they carried out the procedures and the time went by really quickly. I have my next appointment booked and looking forward to seeing the end results in a few weeks time

I went to the Vein centre after not being happy with NHS. The consultant was very thorough.During the scan he found blood clots which had been missed by the hospital two days earlier. They said I did not need a scan. Overall experience was excellent

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The doctor explained everything in detail and I got answers to all my questions. He was sympathetic and reassuring. The place is nice and clean. The price is high, but I hope I'm in good hands.
