We had a warm welcome and were seen immediately. Both the nurse and the doctor explained everything very well, inviting any queries or questions. The receptionist prepared and gave us all the paperwork required for our next visit in both a professional and friendly manner.

The overall experience was very good from the Doctor to the Nurse, very pleased and looking forward to having my veins done, would definitely recommend the Veincentre at the moment.

Although the Doctor was running a little late, the Receptionist was very friendly and provided me with a coffee and chatted while I waited. The Doctor was clearly experienced, very knowledgeable and an expert in his field, equipped with state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment. He explained the treatment available for my particular problems and went through all of the pros and cons clearly. I left the appointment feeling that I had made the right decision to come to Veincentre and had, at last, found a service provider I could be confident in. Finally, the price I was quoted was quite a bit better than other offers I have seen while researching the market. Very pleased.

A clean,bright reception area & very friendly ,welcoming receptionist who offered me a drink & even ,kindly,charged my phone for me!I I was made to feel relaxed and well informed in my consultation & did not have any doubt about their capabilities leading to me booking the earliest appointment available.

Excellent pre-appointment service and communication. Excellent welcome by receptionist and clinical team. Nurse and consultant explained ultrasound process with clarity and in detail. Ultrasound carried out with due regard for my dignity. Outcome of ultrasound and proposed treatment plan explained very clearly and put me at ease.

The consultation went great! But a little confusion with the cost of the treatment needed. Telephoned the help line but they were a bit vague. Hopefully this will be rectified when I receive my treatment.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. So very kind. The only trouble is that it’s so extremely expensive, I thought what I’d paid would have been a part of the whole amount, but I had a letter saying it’s not. I paid £250 already and with all the inflation now I won’t be able to pay £2,600 as well , everything is going up so high now. I think that amount is far too much, I don’t know why it is. I’ll have to go the NHS instead

The consultation was very clear, well explained and provided me with all the information required to reach a firm conclusion. My only criticism is that I have now tried twice to book an appointment to have the procedure but am informed that it is not possible currently
