Ho comprato un biglietto per una partita di calcio. Il pagamento è stato veloce e in 15 minuti ho ricevuto l'email di conferma dell'accredito sulla mia tessera del tifoso.
Unica piccola pecca: sarebbe opportuno ricevere una comunicazione di avvenuto accredito anche dalla società sportiva che emette il biglietto. Nonostante l'email di conferma di Viagogo, si può rimanere con il dubbio”
“... everything went well with my ticket ... after reading some reviews of other buyers i was affraid that i wouldnt be allowed to enter the venue, but i had no problems at all ... the only point i am angry about is the fee of almost 50€ for buying one ticket ... it was visible only at the end of my ordering process and i think it is much too hight for the service of viagogo who just sent the ticket by email ... good service but much too expencive and not very transparent pricing and rules ...”

Given I travelled from a different continent to see the concert, I was quite nervous. I spoke on the phone with viagogo and they solved it. Hope they can improve on the timing of receipt of tickets. Other than that, everything OK.”
