“front wipers were a good fit with the original clips, could not fit the rear wiper because there was no plastic clip, and i couldn't use the old one, it wouldn't fit the new blade.”

“Wiper blades were ordered and delivered but did not fit. Email contact was good and confirmed wipers were correct for the car but still couldn't get them to slot into arms. Service was good unfortunate blades didn't fit. My decision not to pursue.”

“Wrong blades sent initially as it turns out I have an unusual car. The back uo after this was excellent however and the problem swiftly resolved by an exchange of emails. Very good service.”

“I bought wipers exactly like these a year ago, they are good wipers, the only reason I have deducted a star & given them four instead of five, is this time the little clip that attaches the drivers side wiper to the wiper arm was back to front & I couldn't attach it, luckily my local garage figured out this was the problem & fixed it for free, this certainly won't put me off buying them again, as I now know how to fix it if it happens again.”

“Simple to order. Was fairly confident I was ordering the correct wiper blades for my car, as you are able to put in your reg number. Arrived quickly and came with simple fitting instructions. So I'm happy.”

“Good stuff! Second time I buy things from you! The only thing I didn’t like was when you deliver, you don’t remind or just call to let me know, I really don’t like that you left my stuff being delivered in other house”

“Arrived really quickly. But when I opened received the wrong rear windscreen wiper. Still awaiting for someone to contact me back so can arrange a replacement. Front ones where fine and fitted easily as had clear instructions.”

“Very happy with the service I have received from Vipa, unfortunately the rear wiper did not fit, (hence the 4 stars) but Vipa went out of their way to resolve the issue. I can't fault their customer service and I would certainly use them again.”

“Although there was a problem at first,a wrong type of wipers blades were delivered,once I informed them of the problem,the matter was resolved very quickly,I received the correct wiper blades in a couple of days.”
