HI Weldrick Ltd is a family-owned company registered in England and based in Doncaster, Yorkshire- we have had an internet presence since 1998. We fully pay UK taxes and we do not divulge your personal data to any third parties.

We have a pharmacy tradition dating back to the 1930s when our late founders' grandmother opened her first pharmacy in Doncaster Town Centre. Remaining true to his vision our business remains 100% family-owned.

With a commitment to community healthcare and staff training we have steadily grown to over 60 pharmacies in the South Yorkshire area. We employ over 600 formally trained staff among who are more than 80 pharmacists, including 9 clinical pharmacists.

While our aim is not to make any mistakes we recognise they will happen occasionally and if they do we commit to communicating with our customers, do our best to put the problem right, identify the cause of the error and learn from it.

“Nicely priced medicine for my two cats however I feel cheated about having to order their prescriptions separately, pay twice for DPD postage only for them to send both orders in one delivery. EDIT: They have since contacted me and issued a courier refund for one of the orders so 5 stars now. Thank you.”

Dear Craig Staszkiewicz, I understand that this morning one of my colleagues discussed with you our ordering process for bringing multiple pets under one account so that you do not have to place separate orders for each of your pets. I also understand they have processed a refund for the extra delivery charge that you incurred on your most recent order. “This company is brilliant. I started buying the medications my doctors surgery removed from my prescriptions in 2016. They said although i still needed them i had to pay for them myself. Although i have been paying now for all my 50 years working life! I am able to purchase these & more at very good prices. The deliveries are always well packed, i have several bottles & they are always in bubble wrap bags. I have also given friends & family Weldricks details. I cannot fault this company for service”

“I have dealt with Weldricks on line for several years, here I would make the point I am ealderly and not computer literate. Having said that, I have always found what I would like and further proceed to order and pay without incedent. Thank you for a usable system and products!”

“Good service. A little slow to receive medication. I have to see a vet 2 weeks before I need more meds. Having to send a paper copy of the prescription holds the process up. I always put a stamp on as suggested rather than use the Freepost address.”
