HI Weldrick Ltd is a family-owned company registered in England and based in Doncaster, Yorkshire- we have had an internet presence since 1998. We fully pay UK taxes and we do not divulge your personal data to any third parties.

We have a pharmacy tradition dating back to the 1930s when our late founders' grandmother opened her first pharmacy in Doncaster Town Centre. Remaining true to his vision our business remains 100% family-owned.

With a commitment to community healthcare and staff training we have steadily grown to over 60 pharmacies in the South Yorkshire area. We employ over 600 formally trained staff among who are more than 80 pharmacists, including 9 clinical pharmacists.

While our aim is not to make any mistakes we recognise they will happen occasionally and if they do we commit to communicating with our customers, do our best to put the problem right, identify the cause of the error and learn from it.

“Website easy to navigate. Prices are competitive and in my case, if the order is placed before 3pm, order arrives 2 to 3 days later using the Royal Mail 48hour service. On one occasion I had need to telephone them for advice and the phone was answered quickly and my query sorted straight away. Definitely recommend.”

“Absolutley excellent service,once an order is placed it is delivered within a couple of days. We always buy from Weldricks as they are cheaper than buying from the chemist in town. We have only ever had one issue where the eyewash had leaked in transit, i emailed Weldricks explained and within 2 days i was sent a replacement eyewash with an apology. We always recommend Weldricks to our family and friends.”

“The only thing is time from vets prescription too getting order I gave two weeks but still worried I wouldnt get prescription drugs for my little dog before I ran out thank you but I would still order from you and maybe I might get the ordering time correct in future”

“Very easy to order online, but I had a question and really appreciated immediately being able to speak to a human and not have to deal with a bot. Michael answered my question and I found him helpful and friendly. There are postage options always useful, where cost and timescales are important. I used DPD guaranteed Next Day, for a very reasonable charge and got my order without any problems. Despatch and tracking details are advised by email as soon as the order is placed and it seems even later orders can despatch same day. An all round excellent service.”
