Thanks for your review. We can only imagine that the notifications about the delivery ended up in your spam folder. There have been three notifications sent to the email address provided: 1. When your order was picked up by NZ Post, which was the day after you ordered it (as the order was placed after 2pm, it was dispatched the next day). 2. When the order was out for delivery, which happened the day after dispatching. 3. And again when the order was delivered on the same day. The parcel was delivered in less than 48 hours from when you placed the order, which we believe is a great turnaround time considering the time of year just before Christmas. We will forward you the notification about the successful delivery again. Please let us know if you haven't received it at the email address provided with your order.

“my brother and sis in-law absolutely loved their kai māori gift box . It was beautifully presented and wrapped and the taste of some of the items was really unusual. We will be organising another one for overseas family this year. nga mihi🙂”

“"We love local" proved to be a really easy and reliable way for us to send a gift to our daughter, who is now living in New Zealand. A long way away from us in the UK. The box arrived exactly as instructed and was put under her Christmas tree for Christmas Day. We all enjoyed watching her open it via a video call, which brought us together at that special family moment. She loved the contents, which had all been carefully wrapped. We were amazed at the personal touch of handwriting our message to her on our chosen card. The reusable/ recyclable box was an additional bonus. Wonderful service and would highly recommend.”

“Great concept being able to order local from all over NZ. We sent family who live out of town a gift box of local Canterbury goodies. They loved it. Website was easy to use and ordering a breeze. Would definitely order again.”
