Hi Norman, Thanks for your review. As explained over email, we were anticipating delays with courier services leading up to Christmas, and all we wanted was for the gift box to arrive on time. We may have dispatched a bit too early, but that wasn't because we ignored your request and rather because we followed the guidelines given to us by NZ Post. It's always a delicate balance close to Christmas, and delivery times can be very unpredictable. As soon as we found out that the recipients weren't home until the requested delivery date, we offered a replacement gift free of charge to be sent on the correct date. “This company are amazing and their customer service rocks! I had a slightly complicated order and needed multiple similar boxes sent before Christmas when some things were out of stock. They pulled all the stops out for me, managed to get boxes of a similar kind made up and got them sent out in time for Christmas delivery. We sure do Love Local! Thanks team!”
