“Goods received although not impressed with the courier. Item arrived very much later than the window of delivery dates given when item was bought and because it was for making wreaths, this held up the wreath making session planned for my friends and I.”

“Product arrived as described, however it arrived later than expected. I ordered this product in the morning of 22/11/24 and payed for next day delivery as needed for a demonstration/class. After paying this next day delivery fee (£9.95) the product was not delivered until 28/11/24 and was late! Dissappointing service overall, yet no fault in the product itself”

“Always use Whittingtons, mainly in store at New covent garden flower market and then also online. Never any issues with either. Good selection of florist supplies at reasonable prices.”

“Didn’t get what I ordered.The box was left on a doorstep of a house that no one lives in and was days before a farmer spotted it at the house which on a little lane that only he would pass . So not very good I ordered poinsettia bushes and go 2 green garlands that I will keep.”
