“Thank you for this delivery ,we are not making a damages claim but one of the 24 terricotta clay bowls was smashed to pieces with no damage to the others. we think you should probably mark such goods as fragile to help protect. Thank you again W Mapstone Nethercott Nurseries.”

“I have been buying from whittingtons for the past 20 odd years, going to a branch in Bristol excellent place Then suddenly it closed down Christmas Eve 2024 So decided to buy my silk flowers on line Very bad idea 👎 all flowers were plastic and horrible So I returned them at a cost of £7.64 which has not been refunded to me , already paying for delivery a Very expensive lesson, the flowers are for a 4” pot on my parents head stone , what a waste of money But my £41.78 refund was refunded to me promptly”
