“Really excellent company to buy from. I urgently needed a brick bat box for a house project. After I was let down by another firm, Wildcard had delivered a bat brick within a week. They're customer service on the phone is also excellent. I'll buy from them again.”

“They had the bat boxes we were told to purchase as part of our EPS development licence. £65 for delivery is utterly unreal - two of the items only cost £55 each. Wildcare tell me that’s how much it costs. I would shop around next time as I suspect other companies carry the Schwegler range, I just followed the link our ecologist gave me. More fool me!”

Thank you for your review, but we're really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your delivery costs. We do appreciate your feedback, and will make sure to pass this on to the relevant team. The Schwegler 1FW is a very large, heavy and fragile product which we do have to send on a pallet. At over £300 for this one item, we're sure you'd prefer it to arrive in perfect condition. We aren't the only stockist of Schwegler in the UK, but our high stock levels and 1-2 day shipping make us the favourite supplier for many ecologists nationwide. “Ordered 2 Swift Ecobricks from Wildcare Limited. They arrived promptly, but on opening found that there was some damage to the blocks, possibly occurring during transit. Made Wildcare Ltd aware of the situation and they quickly sent out two replacement bricks at no extra cost. I cannot praise the company highly enough for this high level of service and I will almost certainly purchase from them in the future, and recommend their services to others!”
