“I ordered a NatureSpy camera from you. You didn't initially say it was out of stock, so there was delay in the camera arriving. If I'd known about the delay I would have ordered from NatureSpy - who stated they were out of stock but would be getting them in. Then - in addition, Naturespy provide the SD card with the camera within the price of £139. I hadn't realised that you don't provide this. So I contacted your office and received an SD card the next day in a huge unnecessary cardboard box. However - it is the wrong SD card. I thought your company would send me the correct micro SD card - you sent me a larger one. So - outcome is, I'm still unable to use the camera and am disappointed. You asked for a review and i've given you one!”

“Not much impressed - the delivery and sale etc was OK, but the detector itself was:- a) missing an SD card and screen cleaning cloth - luckily I have an unused card from the SM2 age. b) the Quickstart Guide was confusing from start to finish - probably familiar for those with previous usage, but a real headache for newby's of technophobic disposition. Nowhere near the clarity needed for understanding what to do in the "Settings" and "Recording" sections. c) there is no guide as to which manual version had been sent; I suspect that it was not an 2018 version It is accepted that much of this review is directed towards the manufacturer, as opposed to the seller. There ought to be an option for face to face tuition by Titley for those new to this item.”
