Easy to use & very effective humane trap for removing a large family of field mice that got trapped inside our house following autumn building repairs. ( there was a point where I worried that they might be breeding faster than they were being removed, or that they had a secret way back in & were coming back for more peanut butter.) very speedy delivery - only criticism is that it wasn’t supplied with user instructions.

Very disappointed. Could have got a batbox much cheaper elsewhere, but went with you for the next day delivery. It didn’t arrive next day, and when I spoke to someone about it they didn’t think it had been scheduled for delivery.

I upgraded to an Elekon Batscanner, after my basic heterodyne bat detector finally packed up after 10 years use - I was checking it before our bats emerge because it was a bit iffy on a bat walk I led last September. As yet I have not had the opportunity to use it because the bats are not emerging yet. I am really looking forward to the automatic frequency detection instead of having to set it manually. I have it by my side on the sofa and as soon as I see the first bat fly past our window, having emerged from the nearby woodland, I’ll be out there. Someone on the walk last year had an Elekon which picked up a Noctule. I immediately recognised the sound at the same time we saw it fly by very close. My basic bat detector hadn’t picked it up because I had it set for pipistrelles, of which there were plenty.

difficult to write a review when the order is still with the courier. Perhaps you should check delivery is complete before sending out this type of request.

I ordered a batlogger M2 from Wildcare recently. The process and shipping were very quick. I also called their customer service line about delivery and they were able to communicate where my parcel was as I was having issues. As soon as that was clarified, I was able to pick up my parcel which was brilliantly packaged, no damage whatsoever, and it started up straight away as it already had some charge. Thanks again!

The box seemed flimsy- we are going to use it 'indoors'. The inspection hatch wouldn't open fully and broke when we tried to open it. There is no protective rim on the exercise platform. Fortunately our skilled volunteers was able to repair the hatch and fit a safer trim to the exercise platform. We have subsequently purchased an ECO box from the Barn owl centre for external use, a much more robust box.

Prompt delivery and module works in compatible devices. Just be careful to check properly if your device is compatible. I didn't check since other similar modules worked on my phone last year. But a recent echo meter software update means the module will no longer work on my personal phone.

After initially failing to deliver the requested item on time it finally arrived. The company by way of recompense promised to waive the delivery cost but to date this has NOT happened.

As you will see from our previous reviews; our delivery times are usually pretty speedy, so we're really sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. We've checked the tracking for your order, and it looks like the driver had some difficulty finding your address last week. It was ultimately reconsigned to be returned to the sender, and it arrived with us this morning. We are arranging for it to be resent tomorrow, to be delivered on Thursday 30th.
