“The product arrived with an excessive amount of packaging, yet despite this the cardboard sleeve was still damaged. As it was intended as a gift, the damaged packaging was disappointing and detracted from the overall presentation. Fewer materials used more effectively would have been a much better solution.”

“I purchased a lot of Eco Starling Nest Boxes in summer 2025. The idea of using boxes made from recycled plastic and wood waste appealed. Unfortunately, every single one has been badly chewed and the hole hugely enlarged by Grey Squirrels since then, rendering them unusable by starlings. Interestingly, the eco boxes with small diameter holes have not been touched. I doubt I am the only one with such an experience. Wildcare need to fit a metal plate to their starling boxes to prevent squirrel-caused hole enlargement.”

“Firstly, delivery of the original unit was very prompt, and everything was very well packaged. Unfortunately the unit is purchased had a fault. This is where Wildcare really came into their own. After suggesting some things to try, which didn't work, they promptly sent me a new unit, and arranged for the old one to be collected from my address at no further cost to me. They also sent a free gift due to the inconvenience caused. I particularly want to mention Elspeth, who absolutely went above and beyond to help me out. I would not hesitate in recommending Wildcare to anyone. Thank you!”

“We received the swift caller box very quickly after order, but having tested it, we found it was quite quiet - much quieter than a regular swift call. The device seems quite cheaply-made, and concerned it will not last for long.”

“Eventually got my order completed. First parcel had item missing. Did eventually get it 5 days later causing a little stress but they were so helpful to make sure I got my missing item. Great place to do business. However I found the vat added to my order very expensive.”

“I rang up Wildcare to ask about their trail cameras, as I was hoping to pick one up for me mam’s Christmas present. Elspeth was an absolute gem ! Minutes after chatting on the phone, i was sent over a list of cameras that suited exactly what I was looking for. Super friendly on the phone, genuinely helpful, and made the whole thing dead easy. Couldn’t ask for better service.”

“Ordered some bat and bird boxes and they arrived very promptly, but had received two extra bird boxes.
