“Always had a great service. I had a problem with a newly purchased bat box, got in touch with Wildcare via email,they replied promptly and I had the replacement part delivered within 3 days. Great service.”

“Quick, efficient and the product looks strong and well put together. Labelled well and clearly marked that the package was to be rejected if damaged which it was not. If anything could be better then I would suggest the packing material fitted into the box to protect the item should be fitted all around the item not just two sides stopping the item moving around.”

Jack went out of his way to ensure the kit was available and shipped promptly, and even added to our order at the very last minute with addtional equipment. “I have emailed Wildcare with my concerns and not received a response. I was told that I did not get my order in on time for next day delivery on the phone, when in fact I did as per the email receipt I received.We ended up going to site twice as a consequence.”
