“What a lovely idea. I bought one for a friend and I know she will love it. Available in various sizes and colours, an ideal gift. We need to look after our bees! Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. Excellent service.”

“Hi, I have opened the order containing the two Valencia Double Crevice WoodStone Bat Boxes, and unfortunately one of the bat boxes has arrived damaged. The entire top section of the bat box has broken off, rendering the item unusable. Please could you arrange a replacement or advise on how this can be resolved. Please see the attached photos showing the damage. Many thanks, Robert Goldsmith - HDA”

“We purchased 2 Swift bricks to retro fit into the side of our house It was not quite as easy as the instructions claimed as the swift brick is slightly larger than a brick and the morter between our bricks is very thin we had to shave off a bit of the brick above but they were both fitted within a couple of hours Hoping we now get swifts but I would recommend these just bear in mind the width of brick and mortar”

“The actual delivery was unsatisfactory. The product was on back order and I had a notification of delivery on a day I was not in. The delivery was notified to us by DPD. I replied indicating that the delivery could be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour. Hhowever, the box was left on the doorstep and was SOAKED. Fortunately the inner packaging was sudfficient to protect the product (Swift call system). I had an text to say that DPD could not deliver because no one was in and asked for a further charge to deliver on a date we needed to specify. I paid the fee. In short, DPD have let me, the customer down, and you Wildcare as well. However the product works and the instructions are straightforward”

“Hello I bought battery charger from Wildcare. The charger was Maha Powerex MH-C808M Battery Charger. The price was fair, and arrived rapidly considering I ordered over a bank holiday weekend, being dispatched the first working day after. It arrived brand new and unopened and protected packaged thoroughly using repurposed cardboard and paper packaging. Excellent service Cheers Chris”

“Love how quick it all arrived and my cats love the packaging and have a new box to play in. Had to order more peg pins as I misread the description and thought they were packs of 3. Would highly recommend this site and wil use it for my future wildlife research projects”
