“I needed an invoice for an old order for my business, and even though I barely had any info, Elspeth got it sorted really quickly. She was upbeat and easy to chat to on the phone, and just as great over email. Also, Wildcare’s product range is honestly awesome”

“Elspeth spent time going through a range of trail cameras. I want something to live stream on my telly. She took the time to explain that I could stream but via an app on my phone or tablet then possibly use my chrome cast to watch on telly. Friendly, eager to help me.”

“Very satisfied with reply from Elspeth Roke in relation to a kestrel box which arrived damaged. The damage is frustrating, as we had to wait a long time for its delivery, and two of us will now have to schedule an additional site visit to install. However, Elspeth replied to my email within 24 hours, and actioned the replacement with no quibbles. Fingers crossed we receive it promptly and undamaged.”
