“We support our native flora and fauna as much as possible and had spent some time trying to locate appropriate bricks for nesting swifts, and other bird species, to incorporate into a house extension. Wildcare appeared to be the only company that could provide our chosen brick, from a wide range of possibilities, for the task without pre-booking. We were surpised at the cost of the item that seemed disproportionate to the task for which it is recommended. However in the scheme of things we decided that it was important to pursue our positive environmental plans in a world threatened by climate change and burgeoning environmental degradation. Many thanks Wildcare for your impressively 'swift' and efficient service.”

“I had some issues with the delivery of a bat box due to incorrect address details on the label. The Wildcare Team were super helpful tracing the box down, I was reall impressed & grateful :-)”

“The poducts are great but the two boxes I ordered both arrived damaged as the packaging was totally inadequate to protect them during shipping. We've been able to install both but it's always disappointing when purchases arrive damaged.”

“Quote for a number of different bat & bird boxes, placed order 2-3 days for delivery, "Week 1 sorry they are due in to us will be out to you Monday" "Week 2 sorry they are due in to us will be out to you Monday" "Week 3 sorry they are due in to us will be out to you Monday" "Week 4 I have seen them they are being shipped to you for Friday" "Week 5 they get here" Do not use this company if you have any sort of programme or time scale or you will be disappointed and given standard fob off answers when you call! never again.”

“I was very happy with the quality of the product itself (hazel dormouse nest tubes) and the parcel arrived very quickly, within 2 days of me making the order which was excellent. The only thing that could have been improved was reducing the amount of packaging. Two boxes arrived when all of the products (flat pack tubes plus wooden inserts) could have easily been carefully fit into the larger box together. Also because there was so much free space, I received a very large quantity of unneccessary plastic sheeting wrapped around the cardboard inserts. So definitely full stars for product and service/communication, just less for packaging. :) Many thanks!”
