“As always the meat is great but I wish they would deal with their courier DPD. Advised of a delivery slot and delivery took place 2.5 hours after the end of the delivery slot with no update communication of delay or apology. DPD have never performed. The outer box was completely destroyed but fortunately the meat company internal packing had saved the meat.”
“There was a lot of products to choose from on the website and I managed to order a good selection os meats. Delivery was quick and the meats were well packed and sealed.
Having had Game before I knew what to expect, but to marinade and cook the meat in so many different ways was a joy. Especially following the guides given in the handbook they sent out.

“With game getting harder and harder to find in bricks & mortar shops, mail order service like this are becoming more and more valuable to me.
DHL are a bit of a fly in the ointment though; they said my order would arrive between 4 & 5pm, but when I got back from the shops at 2pm, the box was on my doorstep in full view to passers-by (on a main road) and getting very warm in the sunshine. But I guess there aren't any really good professional courier services left these days.”

“Beautiful food. Arrived still well cooled. DHL courier driver rang bell then walked away leaving me to lug the heavy box into our porch. A tad more help from the driver would have been very helpful as I am nearly 84!!!”
