“TWMC have produced some of the best pies I have ever tasted.
They are on a par with those I remember having in a wine cellar restaurant in London in the 70's, and and from a butcher's shop, in Lyndhurst, in the New Forest, in the 90's. The partridges well perfect. They made me think of a sentence from the Agatha Christie novel, where Miss Marple, on receiving news of a legacy says "Oh to have a whole partridge to oneself"; well I had two partridges to myself. Well done to all involved.
Incidentally the packaging and protection were first class too.”

“My order of the 10/12/2025 as previous expertly prepared and presented by yourselves, of which could not be said of myself on Christmas Day so far as the Creedy Carver Duck was concerned, overcooked after too much mulled wine (no excuse!) so must not make the same mistake with the 2nd in the freezer. Talking of which I have just cooked the diced Wild Boor braised with onions, prunes, and balsamic to take on the flavour and reheat tomorrow along with celeriac and potato mash. So far as the venison sausages of which I considered a little "dry", so therefore may benefit from a little pork fat perhaps?
