“We ordered this gorgeous beef fillet, 1.8 Kg for a special dinner party we gave for out daughter this weekend. Boy, did it live up to it's billing!
It arrived exactly when requested and rested in a cold fridge from Wednesday to Saturday. Fortunately the party for ten was cooked for us by my chef nephew who made it very special. He made a grated fresh horseradish infusion that was like a hollandaise, a French classic I am told, and it was delicious. The joint amply fed ten people.
