“I ordered the modular wine rack on Wednesday morning and it was delivered on Thursday afternoon. Good information from Wineware concerning its delivery - responding to my enquiry about delivery time within the hour. Parcel Force texted ahead to advise on arrival time and it came within their stated period. The parcel was smaller than I expected but the assembled wine rack is now in our dining room and drawing admiring comments - including one friend saying she was also looking for a wine rack and this fitted the bill. We currently have extra guests staying and they are seeing the 72 bottles as a challenge for the month they are staying with us. We're probably on target as four bottles have already gone - but we have replacements waiting to be put in (bottles that is!).”

However we were a disappointed that after paying for express delivery and ordering on a Thursday, we did not receive our glasses until Monday. The delivery tracker didn't give enough information to avoid our staying in on Friday and Saturday. We are very happy with the glasses themselves, which were well packed and arrived intact.”
