“I've ordered several things from Wineware, all at reasonable prices, with quick delivery. One item was slightly faulty through no fault of Wineware. They sent out a replacement immediately. If you can judge a company by how well they deal with problems, I would say Wineware are top notch!”
“The actual item I ordered was great. However, becuase their website was so confusing I accidentally ordered 4 of the same item. They did nothing to accomodate the mistake, other than agreeing to let me return it - with a 37 euro return fee for shipping. As far as I am concerned they should have paid the shipping b/c it was their mistake that they have a poor website that makes it very confusing ordering a wine rack! Super irritating and I won't order from them again.”
Hi Julia,
Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm sorry that you felt our website was confusing and that you accidentally ordered 4 of the same item. We try to make our website as clear as possible; the item you purchased states you can purchase either '1x', '4x', or '8x'. You can return the item to us, but as you're in Denmark, I appreciate that this may be difficult and expensive. That said, if you want to return the three unwanted units, we will refund you for those items.
Thanks,
Mark

“I received a call shortly after ordering from Wineware, to check on the product I had ordered. Everything was fine but it was very professional that they checked before blindly sending out. Would recommend 👍”

“Wonderful to be able to get a wine rack to fit the space. Ordering was easy, and it was ready and delivered quicker than suggested, so we were well set up for our Christmas wines. The whole thing was a great experience, thank you.”
“I ordered a dozen dram glasses for delivery from the UK to Ireland. The shipment arrived exactly as ordered within a couple days. The price was reasonable and the progress of the shipment was communicated at each step....... The order was completed just as you would expect with no hassles. Excellent!!”
