“Ordered a Zwiesel wine decanter online from Wineware on 27 October at 10.42. By 13.57 it had been dispatched and was delivered before eleven the following morning. Whilst many other firms were blaming Covid for poor service this was excellent service. In addition the decanter arrived safely and was superbly packaged to avoid breakage. Well done”

“First experience and can?t complain. I?d pre-ordered an item that was clearly identified as not yet available. Following order I was emailed to tell me that in case I hadn?t noticed! Items arrived sooner than expected, well packed and tracking very clear with Wineware again notifying me of updates. Will use again.”
