“I had been looking for a specific wine glass as 1 of ours broke, and we were hoping to also expand the number we had. The supplier I originally used were not selling them anymore. Wineware had a listing for them, but they were not in stock. Though I was wary about paying for glasses they didn't actually have available, I took a punt and ordered them. Thankfully, true to their promise, the glasses are now in stock and I received a set of 6 a couple of days ago. We are thrilled to have a full set, and were happy to be able to rely on their service.”

“We use Wineware regularly, especially for Christmas gifts. There is a wide range of products and the pricing is competitive. I needed some glasses, stocking fillers (eg a champagne cork remover), and some additional wine racks. All came very quickly and are of top quality.”

“I?ve never used the website, or heard of the company. A simple google search presented a range of suppliers. I chose Wineware as they gave helpful descriptions with a lot of great options and making a purchase was easy to do. The delivery service was excellent, my order came, as stated, within 5 days in a securely packaged box. The only comment is to ask Wineware to explore other sustainable packaging. It is an understandable necessity, but also seems excessive to have a box inside a box, wrapped in plastic, which could leave a high environmental footprint.”

“Over the last 4 years we've had advice & 'hands on' help with building a wine cellar complete with beautiful custom made wooden wine racks & tasting table. Advice on purchasing wine fridges for another property, advice on glass wear, you name it Chris has advised us well and he's made us feel as if nothing is too much trouble. We have bought loads of fabulous glasses, 3 huge wine fridges and various other bits and pieces from Wineware. Why bother looking elsewhere when you get such great service.”

“Would recommend. The jug I had ordered and paid for was not in stalk and was not going to be for some time. Received a call from lovely lady who explained situation. Was offered money back or a similar jug just without a handle. Took the jug! Jug arrived with the next two days. Good service and prices are reasonable.”

“I was very impressed with the quality and speed of service from Wineware. I ordered wine racking and some bottle tags and received the wine racking within two business days of placing the order. The bottle tags had actually been missed from the order but when I contacted Wineware, my email was responded to within a few minutes and the tags were delivered first class the next day. All in all, excellent service and I would happily use them again knowing that their customer service is top notch.”
