“I had been looking for a while for a sturdy wine rack which would look good on its own or added to as collection grew. More than happy with this item, its strong, looks really great and is just what I wanted. Well packaged and quick delivery. Love it!”

“To be perfectly honest, it was with trepidation that I ordered a selection of tumblers and wine glasses from wineware; how would fragile glassware arrive in one piece? I'm very happy to report that it did arrive safely and without a single chip! Excellent service. I must add, it was with a certain sense of satisfaction that I unpacked everything and it was all wrapped and packaged in card and paper, no bubble-wrap to speak of and no breakages. Very pleased with the glasses too, fantastic quality. Thank you.”

“It's NOT so much that the company is poor more that the product which they sold me is poor "Schott Zwiesel Classico Beer Glasses - Set of 6". The blurb suggests they should be good enough for Baccus himself. I think they are about PoundShop Standard, certainly NOT what I expected from a Known German Company. Delivery from Wineware was as expected especially considering I ordered on Christmas Day. I won't keep the glasses but donnate to charity and look for better more upmarket items. I'll probably never buy glasses online ever again, and I suggest other do so too.”

“I?ve been looking for a good quality but reasonably priced 250cl carafe for a while (in case you?re wondering to measure/moderate my wine drinking) and some nice champagne saucers for a housewarming gift. I came across their website and and found exactly what I?ve been looking for. Great selection of products clearly described and illustrated and very fairly priced. I must mention the delivery and packing- first rate always a worry sending glassware. Very impressed”

“I have been using this company for about 8 years now. First, the products: Everything that I have bought from here has been excellent quality. It's a company I can trust when I go to buy new or replacement items. Secondly, the service. Prompt and efficient with great communication. Also that extra mile which is so important: A few years ago I needed an item quite urgently. Never mind about worrying about couriers, as I live just a few miles away it was personally delivered!! In summary, a company to trust.”
