“Great selection of products and excellent service! (Disclaimer: I am employed by W4S as a "tech guy", and was sent a selection of products to test, experiment with, and do demos of. However, this is an honest review of my experience "on the receiving end" and opinions are my own. I went through the ordering process as a regular customer would as much as possible.) --- Ordering experience: I received a packing slip, which listed every product and quantity thereof I had ordered. Handy when you have a lot of items and aren't sure which ones you've misplaced today... 😜 The channels and diffusers came in a very sturdy cardboard tube. The channels were well wrapped in packing wrap, and the diffusers had plastic film on them to prevent scratches. All very neat, and I now have peace of mind that anything I order will get to me safely. 🙂 I had requested all the channels I ordered be cut to certain lengths. This was done very neatly, and all were cut within 1/8" of the lengths I specified. One of the PSUs I had ordered required a kettle cord (sold separately), which I had not ordered. They noticed this and kindly added it in. Kudos, guys! --- Products experience: Okay, bad stuff first... Some of the BleBox products can be a bit confusing to set up. The app is not the most intuitive, and some of the devices are a bit technical to configure. (It's my job to improve our info on this to make it easier for y'all. 😉) I had a number of questions that were not answered by the product pages, such as the correct/best procedure for installing a channel with mounting clips. Or how on earth to get the thing *off* the clips again... lol. (Again, it's my job to improve this documentation.) Thankfully the support team is very responsive. 😀 Outweighed by the good, though: Excellent support whenever I needed help, before, during, and after ordering. Just a live chat away. The products are all *excellent* quality. After all, they come from world-leading suppliers, not random Chinese companies. 😁 Great selection, too! You should be able to find a channel for any use case, and all the components to go with it. And if not, they might be able to make a plan for you! (We've brought in new products specifically for clients before.) (This whole "they"/"we" thing is getting confusing. 😄)”

“Added a comment for custom cut length and on 3/4 edges they nailed it. One was slightly crooked but it was crooked long so I was easily able to cut it back. Having to cut one end is better than having to cut all 4 so that’s nice. The product itself is great. I got a channel mounting clips end covers and a diffuser. Only complaint is the end covers are a slightly different color due to being plastic while channel is aluminum. Drilling holes to access the mounting screws for perfect install and then covering the holes with the led strip was my preferred way to install. My favorite thing is the variety of channels available from W4S. Going to be using them again for a major project coming up.”

“They have been so helpful and it’s needed, especially when you don’t know the difference between the different magnetic drivers that you have/need to buy and the distance of the LED leads (whether it’s 60 or 120) to be used. Service is amazing and that way you know when you’re purchasing an item it will work for your situation. I’m using a custom LED in a shower niche and doing more LEDs around floating vanities and inna walk in Closet.”

“Had a custom bar lighting project. Gilmar was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, even being willing to speak to my electrician to clarify an installation question on the lighting kit they provided us. Very responsive to email and provide above and beyond service - even after the purchase is made. All of that on top of the fact that the lighting is top notch, it took our bar to the next level.
