I’ve asked to be notified several times when the product is back in stock, and when I finally get the notification, the product is instantly out of stock again. Then, last week there was ONE pack left and I snapped it up. But I received a refund shortly without any explanation. And now I’m asked to review a product I never received.”

My only concern is please do not use a marker to write my house no., floor and my name on the carton box, write on the tape is fine as I can tear it, it's trouble if I want to resue the box or when I recycle it as I am living in a village, just the house no. and floor can identify where I live, it was even with my name on it before but not anymore with the latest few orders ;p”
“Easy to order with fast delivery (within 2 days after ordering). The delivery man is also nice and polite. The only issue is that I can’t make the online payment via my mobile device; so I have to place the order all over again via my laptop.”

-ve: your staff asked me to contact the courier myself when I wanted to update the delivery date/time. I don’t think this is something difficult to handle so I would say the customer service is yet to be improved.

“love the online shopping experience. and the staff at shops are also nice they will help out and answer questions even though i purchased online. just one little thing to improve: we cannot find a lot fo suitable items for our chinchillas/ hope more items can be introduced for little pets like chinchillas and hamsters”
