“I bought food from here once, and my dog vomited the next day. They refunded me without issue. Recently, I purchased another dog food that had beetles in it. While they refunded my money, they told me to either keep or throw away the bug-infested food, shifting their problem onto me.
Additionally, there was a recent incident with Northwest Naturals where their cat food killed a cat. Whiskers N Paws only allowed a 14-day return window, but since I had the item shipped, getting to the store was difficult due to their locations being far away. What confuses me is why they wanted me to return potentially dangerous dog food while telling me to dispose of the bug-infested food.
If they were consistent, they would say, "Please return the bug-infested dog food; we’ll handle it. Sorry for the inconvenience." Why are their issues becoming my responsibility? They ask me to dispose of food that poses a risk to "their stores" becoming infested, yet they want me to return a product from Northwest Naturals that could kill my dog.
Ultimately, I lost $280, and it feels like their burden has become mine. This selective return policy is unacceptable, and treating pet owners as mere transactions is bad business.”

We attempted to return an item within 7 days of delivery in original packaging and in "as new" condition and were denied a return. When we wrote another email explaining that they purchase had been made within 7 days of delivery, our subsequent emails went ignored and unanswered.
We will never purchase anything else from this miserable, unresponsive and dishonest company.”

I’ve asked to be notified several times when the product is back in stock, and when I finally get the notification, the product is instantly out of stock again. Then, last week there was ONE pack left and I snapped it up. But I received a refund shortly without any explanation. And now I’m asked to review a product I never received.”

“The case of kitten food cans I bought was bad or expired. I opened 3 cans from the case and they were all bad. The food was grey and hard and dry. Typically the food inside is pink and wet and soft. I sent a complaint about it to your office but am still waiting to hear if I can get a refund or a new case of cans that is not expired. I want to order more cat food from you but if I have to worry about whether the can food is expired and may make my cats sick then I will not buy from you any more.”
