We attempted to return an item within 7 days of delivery in original packaging and in "as new" condition and were denied a return. When we wrote another email explaining that they purchase had been made within 7 days of delivery, our subsequent emails went ignored and unanswered.
We will never purchase anything else from this miserable, unresponsive and dishonest company.”

I’ve asked to be notified several times when the product is back in stock, and when I finally get the notification, the product is instantly out of stock again. Then, last week there was ONE pack left and I snapped it up. But I received a refund shortly without any explanation. And now I’m asked to review a product I never received.”

“The case of kitten food cans I bought was bad or expired. I opened 3 cans from the case and they were all bad. The food was grey and hard and dry. Typically the food inside is pink and wet and soft. I sent a complaint about it to your office but am still waiting to hear if I can get a refund or a new case of cans that is not expired. I want to order more cat food from you but if I have to worry about whether the can food is expired and may make my cats sick then I will not buy from you any more.”
