I.still not yet receive my goods. I reply your message for where to receive my goods from SF locker. But I never receive the password for pick up from SF Express

Quite disappointed with this delivery. Usually there is nothing to fault. I have orderd Feline Natural Freeze Dried Lamb and King Salmon Feast. This time the morsels were all crushed and the whole bag is powder.

I did not received one of the items and nobody says anything if I don’t send a email asking for the missing item ! Ni good for a customer service … I totally understand you guys got issues with the article but you should inform before the customer send email asking !!

I've been using Whiskers N Paws' online service for many years and always satisfy your service. Recently, it is the first time I would like to return a size unfit product. Unfortunately, the process makes me contact your customer service. Following are the e-mails exchange between me and customer service,   Me: 近日買了3個大碼的「天然驅蝨驅牛蜱狗頸帶」,其中2個尺寸不合,需要退貨。但一直無法於網上完成退貨程序。請問應如何處理?(訂單:379479,訂購日期:March 02, 2021) WNP: 可以將原裝貨品30日內帶回我地門市退換。但想請問一下size是太長嗎,如果太長的話直接用剪刀剪短就可以了。 Me: 謝謝你的回覆!我訂購時也以為如同其他品牌一樣,若太長短剪短即可。但此品牌的大碼的頸帶除了長之外,也寛了許多,因此即使剪短對我的另外兩隻狗而言也太寛,長時間戴會不舒服。Me: 請問可以在網上換兩個小碼的項帶嗎?我可以加購其也產品,送貨時取回未開封的兩個大碼項帶。 WNP: 如果想換其他貨品,需要你將貨品帶回我們門市,如果需要司機幫手收回貨品,要收取$50作為collection fee給我們的外判司機。 Me: 可否安排司機取回貨品? 我會支持50.00 collection fee。另外,請問退款216.00會如何處理?謝謝! WNP: 你可以先下單購買新的貨品,之後告訴我你的訂單,我再安排司機送貨的時候再收回貨物,收到貨物後,便會扣除$50作 collection fee,其他便會退作一個store credit給你,供你下次購買時使用。 Me: 不能直接PayPal退款給我嗎?以Store credit做為退款,doesn't seem right. WNP: 都可以呀,可以退到你的信用卡。 First, I followed your online instruction to returning/exchanging good, but cannot complete. Secondary, if it is just as easy as to cut the collar shorter, why I want to return it? Maybe your staff is lack knowledge of your product? (Actually, I opened one box and knowing it does not fit. That is also why I only return two boxes.) Third, if the product cannot exchange, refund the money instead of using a store credit. (BTW, I still don't understand why I have to go to your store to exchange even though I'm willing to pay for the delivery collection fee?)  In this case, here are my proposals, 1. Have the delivery driver pick up the product to be returned, and I will pay the 50 dollars collection fee in cash. 2. I can post it to you. Either way, please refund it to my credit card once you receive it. Please let me know what the next step is. Thank you!

Unfortunately the gate we bought is already broken , after only 1 day of usage . The pedal is not working. We’d like to go to your shop in Ap Lei Chau to exchange it

The dog food delivered to my home is going to be expired within 5 months but it is 12 lb sized. I am sure my toy poodle could not finish it. The one that I purchased last year got a reasonable expiry date. It was quite disappointing that I was not offerred with an exchange when I texted your staff right after the delivery. Maybe I better ask about the expiry date before I pay next time. I still appreciate the speedy delivery.

Your compliments means the world to us! =) Regards our Self Dog Wash Shampoo and Conditioner we provide at the station have been pre-diluted as bottle instruction for customers ready to use. It would be harder to rinse if not diluted accordingly and may dry out our furriends skin. If your next visit have found the Shampoo & Conditioner may not be suitable for your furriend you may ask our Team for assistance in choosing the right ones or you are welcome to bring in your own Shampoo & Conditioner too. =) Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. -Teresa.P

Hi I wrote a week or more ago regarding a recent purchase that I like to refund/return/exchange; due to the expiation date being blurred. But NO one followed up & the return button doesn't work Pls get back to me Tkx Best, J

Since you asked for my comment, I need to express my dissatisfaction that when we received delivery of the ordered 20lb dry food, the bag was slightly torn at a concealed part of the bag. I believe the bag was torn during transit. I hope this kind of situation should not occur again.

Ich war enttäuscht dass zwei meiner bestellten Waren nach der Bestellung und Bezahlung storniert wurden und kein Ersatz angeboten wurde. Lediglich das Geld wurde zurück überwiesen
