This is a very clunky website, it is not mobile friendly - it took me several attempts to get the reset of password which it seems to ask for now it has been up graded. It also took several times to get it to accept the payment.

I wanted to buy a litter tray but no measurements were provided in your online site Almo did not show as a brand when I was looking under cat food If I click Cat wet food complete diet, a load of random items pop up - not sorted in alphabetical order by brand or by flavour - it took me a while to realise you still sell almo products ... quite a frustrating shopping experience

payment is very confusing. After I completed Paypal payment, it ask me to fill in my delivery address, which I filled in many times already, and then it said proceed to payment..

As per my last review, the out of stock issues continue on the wet food for dogs. I changed previously as my preferred brands were out and now I find the both my preferred and previous options are now both out!

Out of stock on both our regular dog food. Very upsetting as one of my dogs has skin (allergies) issues and consistency is extremely important which is why we order two different brands and mix them. Just to minimise the potential for disruptions. Very upset that I will need to try new brands over a holiday period.

The shopping experience is not good. Should hv a filter to filter out those out of stock . It does not show up as out of stock on the list until u hit add to the cart button. It’s pretty frustrating that you hit all the button only to find out none of it is available. Also, when you use the back button, it does not refresh . It goes blank . You hv to refresh or do the search all over again.
