slow website, takes a long time to load even with fast fibre optic wifi. Payment needs to many steps.

The checking out is way too complex - 5 billion screens too many, actually its confusing you don't always know if you actualyy paid for it.

The website is not very user-friendly. They keep asking you the email address and password, then will go to the robot test. After the robot test, then they will send you back to the email address and password page. You filled in a again, then send you back the robot test. It never ends.

1) The website navigation is so slow. 2) Many items from my previous purchases are out of stock and hence I can't re-order. this is an issue for me as my dog is very sensitive to food and we would avoid trying out new snacks as much as possible.

the dogfood I usually buy was sold out. Your website didn't suggest to get the same food in a different size. Nor did it suggest any other alternative. Checkout was complicated as your option for fast checkout via Paypal did not work. I had to try 3 times to get around it.

I had filled my cart but when I switched languages to the English version, it emptied my cart and I had to redo all of the shopping again.

The website ordering is not functioning efficiently today. It took several times logging in to order. This needs to be improved. I have also sent a whatsapp message but am still waiting for a response.

The online purchasing experience is poor. Took several attempts to pay before it went through. On the app, it froze and left me with a screen without anywhere obvious to click. Even now, I’m not certain I purchased once or twice.

Change the language version will clear all the item selected in the cart, not convenience.

it let me select four different items that i found out at checkout were sold out so i'm not getting as much food as i wanted since i've run out of time to keep going back to find more

1. Apple Pay checkout wasn’t working due to some kind of error with delivery address - despite filling it out correctly manually a few times. 2. UI / UX needs refinement. No back buttons means constantly having to go back to Home and restart a search while browsing products.
