“It was very annoying trying to check out and being informed an item in the cart was out of stock and that the cart had been updated:
(i) if it is out of stock, why do you even let a customer put it in their cart?
(ii) the cart was NOT updated and it took me a while to work out what I had to do to get the item out of my cart so I could pay for everything else ... there were no instructions.
So checking out was a frustrating experience!”
