The re-order page didn’t work properly therefore every time I need to search the product and add to Cart like it is first time to buy the same product.

The product is a bit damaged without being used. Good thing there is a good return policy … but a bit of a hassle

i would love to make you my go to online shop for pet supplies. But your stock avilability lacks a lot to be desired. Items are rarely in stock and they don't get replenished months on end. It makes it more difficult to shop with you because I can't rely/trust that you will always have what we need for our furry kids

I’m quite disappointed this time … I received the 11.11 promotion email 2 or 3 hours later after I placed my order . Cos I received most of 11.11 promotion info like a week ago so I was thinking should be no promotion from yours that’s why I placed the order on the 9th night .

Usually, you are very good and usually can deliver to my home in 2 days but it took me about 5 days to receive my order this time. Hence, I have to personally checked in your shop myself to pickup some supply due to all my pet food ran out. I found out the that from your staff the reason for delay is because you have your warehouse moved recently. Hopefully your delivery service is resumed to normal by the time of this review. Just a little comment, loyalty program may be good idea for repeat customer like me. Thanks

It would be better if the delivery staff could call me in advance to inform me the arrival time. It's lucky that I was at home to receive the goods.

The delivery time is often different, sometimes two days, sometimes more than four days, it is difficult to predict the time. There is no prior notice for shipment. Raw meat food cannot be placed at the door. Someone must be at home. However, the delivery time is all office hours. The driver will ask me why I did not notify in advance, but I never know when it will be shipped. I sometimes work from home, so it doesn’t have to be after office hours.

I have been a long time customer for over 10 years, However, I have never received any special promotion coupons nor an loyalty program from you. It is not a good service.

I had booked my dog in by phone at 6.40pm Saturday when you were apparently closed. Tho it said on website 7pm close. So I confirmed by WhatsApp. Nobody was expecting me when I arrived on Sunday morning. Anyway the in store service was fine
