“Generally satisfied with WnP and the selection of products.
However, the delivery service isn't consistent.
First of all, the delivery time slot is always 12 - 6pm, which is a huge amount of time, when most delivery services are able to give a 2-3 hour window.
On the day of the delivery, I sometimes receive a call from the delivery person to confirm someone will be at home, and give an approx. delivery time. First of all I don't always receive that call, and secondly, the driver still gives a 3 hours window, which is quite long.
The reason this is important is that I order frozen dog food, and it sometimes gets delivered half defrosted, which means it was left out of freezer for too long.
This is a concern as if the food isn't fresh, it could harm my dog.”
“Your customer services is good, but very disappointed I had made a wrong order for my puppy. He only 3 month old, the Burns food for puppy is too big for him to eat, I need to order for puppy mini instead, is it any any Burns has this product for puppy mini, any suggestion?”
“Would be great to notify me of out of stock items sooner instead of on the day of delivery. Also please sync stock levels accordingly so out of stock items are reflected online. Great CS follow up though”
“The service is great -- when it works. And the delivery is also great.
But the items I order are often out of stock (though usually not for more than a couple days).
I usually re-order the same items in the same quantity, but the check-out makes re-ordering a fussy process. I also find myself having to re-enter payment details more than once.
So the products are fine, but the website is a pain in the butt.”

“There are many items I love at Whiskers and Paws, food, beds and toys are all great. Our dogs love the bones of course. But sadly they don't deliver to Peng Chau. So I only ordered a few items to be delivered to my place of work, which isn't ideal. Hoping for delivery to my home soon, then all my fur babies will be even more spoilt. Great shop, highly recommend.”

“Came at 6:04 to collect my dog from grooming. Was told I can’t come it because the shop was closed. Told the cashier sure I can come tomorrow to get my dog. He wasn’t very present. Then when I came to pay for the grooming. He didn’t even say please or thank you. He didn’t even look at me.”
