Your staff told me that was included but the management has opted to disable it eventually. Programmer and UX designer could help to build one that works well for both customer and WNP. “I would like to inform you that as a new Dog owner I was given a plastic pen recommendation for a puppy which actually was of no use as the puppy can easily jump out . The pen also has grooves that can easily assist a puppy to jump out so I am not happy with the pen and would like to return it . Your CS rep informed me to return it in 30 days which I will , but I am not happy that you are actually selling such a pen to the customer .”
“Hi. I think overall your shop has very good products and service. Staff are friendly and helpful. However the delivery service can be better. I was schedule to have the products delivered between 12pm-6pm, which by itself is a very long waiting. The actual delivery came to my door close to 7pm. Even thought the delivery was free of charge, I would not chose to have this service again. I think the delivery service is below standard. Thank you for you time.”
