“Usually, you are very good and usually can deliver to my home in 2 days but it took me about 5 days to receive my order this time. Hence, I have to personally checked in your shop myself to pickup some supply due to all my pet food ran out. I found out the that from your staff the reason for delay is because you have your warehouse moved recently. Hopefully your delivery service is resumed to normal by the time of this review.
Just a little comment, loyalty program may be good idea for repeat customer like me.
