“It’a first time to have offline shopping (as my pet groomed there first time :)) staffs are kind and I was happy to see many items and options. However we picked up a light hanging leash, but it’s not working (your cashier tried to turn it on for us) and it’s rusty inside, we opened other one (same item) and still same rusty and didn’t work. So we removed it from our items. Hope to check each items. Coz what if we didn’t check, omg that’s big trouble as we are living in DB.”
“Customer service responded timely and was very helpful. Delivery guy was friendly and delivered on time. Frozen food was properly stored. It would be perfect if delivery time could be arranged after office hours, esp for frozen food which needed someone on spot to receive them. Thank you.”
