“requested to have the delivery staff to leave the package at the door for contactless delivery but ended up still got to sign off for receiving the product. Minor issue, but would appreciate if contact less delivery is available during COVID19 timing.”

“The overall experience was good (as always!) but this time, the attitude of the delivery guy was kinda rude. The guy rang the bell from downstairs of my building and told my husband (who didn’t know about the delivery) “delivery of dog food” My husband said “dog food? What dog food?” And the guy literally yelled at him said “DOG FOOD AH!” When he arrived at my door, he just rang the door bell and left everything outside even tho he knew that someone is there to receive the order. My husband wasn’t happy about the experience...other than this incident, WNP always provide excellent service. Will continue to support for sure!”
“A lot of stuff on the website has been out of stock for some time. Would be better to take it down if you’re not planning to stock again or in the near future as it’s a bit annoying spending a while scrolling through hundreds of out of stock products. Otherwise everything is wonderful. Great speed on delivery and lovely products.”
