Hi. I have not received my hair halo yet. Also can’t track it’s location. I would suggest you don’t send review emails until people have received their goods or can at least track where they are at.

I was very disappointed . The packaging was not the usual packaging. It was in the plastic hanger and shoved in a post bag. I expected to have the original packaging with the treatment shampoo like you used to send. I was going to buy more extension but not any more . This is not cheap I expected better service.

I’ve been trying to contact literally anyone or your customer service for the last 2 days and no one is responding. I got charged for a purchase I did not make and I need it canceled and refunded!
