“Good quality of hair. But expensive. They came in just a plastic slip. Disappointed in presentations and price. Last time I brought from Zala the hair came in a beautiful box with a brush and some hair care with a booklet. And we’re not as expensive.”

“This brand literally has the best hair and best customer service. My package was stolen off my porch (which I now have a ring camera), and even though it wasn't zalas fault they shipped me the same exact hair I ordered and with express delivery just like the original one. And it was super fast took a day! I love this brand and will continue to order hair from them!”
