He hotel is very good and modern. Our room had a broken door and it seems if one is booked through African Safaris you get stuck in the back rooms

Dear Johan Behrens, thank you very much for providing us with your feedback. It is not our intention at all for you to get the 'inferior' rooms when booking with us. In the contrary, for each and every booking do we request the best rooms, with the best views and also complimentary upgrades to superior room types. We are terribly sorry to hear that you were allocated a room which did not please you. The minute we received your review, we contacted Cheryl Schmidt, the Sales Consultant, who investigated the matter immediately in order for the hotel to take action right away since you were still in house. To our understanding, Maintenance replaced faulty lock and an Apology Card with a bottle of Red wine were placed in your room. We thank you once again for advising us straight away so that actions could be taken. Your kind understanding is appreciated in regards to the faulty lock. Stayed there on several occasions and continue to be a regular customer. The hotel well situated (close to airport and shopping centres). The food is ok and the people there do their best to please customers.

It was great except for when I tried change dates/ venue... it suddenly became slow for feedback. Usually within 24hrs I got response but the change was 3days long. It was probably quicker to book afresh online. Other than that it would have been excellent

There are a few bad eggs in the chain.Wish they would realise how much damage they make the otherwise good job incomplete by a buisiness as usual customer carefree attitude

One of the problems with traveling is when you get to a hotel and you have to pay and at times their machines are offline and you have to make plan B. In all my travels I always carry a wade of cash just in case the card does not work and I need to pay accommodation. This time around I had no use for the cash and there was no need for plan B! Everything was ready for me all I did was to identify myself!
