“Need to cut down on the number of e-mails. I must have received about 7 or 8 e-mails. You should be able to do this with 2 - 3 e-mails”

“My request has been entertained within 24 hrs,bearing in mind that the accomodation request is for peak December season in Cape Town! Surely the whole world want to visit Cape Town sometime as a holiday destination .'Mavi' is the lady that gave me prompt service ,we need more people like her in our society .I will definately use this site again for my next booking Vincent Daniels”

“We got the assistance we needed but you could expand the areas you offer accommodation in. E.g. we wanted kruger national park phunda maria gate but there's nothing that side. otherwise very helpful.”

“The service was good even though at first I was sceptical with the fact that all communication was done on line and via email, with on line fraud increase I was a bit uneasy. “I had the privilege of dealing with Anel and I have to say - the best customer relations person I have dealt with in a very long time. I had booking reservations for Maputo and when the unrest started I asked Anel if he could find me other accommodation and he was was very obliging and assisted with new accommodation almost immediately. I also spoke to Ryan and had really good service as well. I think your Company has found the secret to great customer services and I will certainly only make my travel arrangement through you. I have also recommend people to you. Great work!!!”
