“Have just stayed at City lodge for 2 nights before flying home to UK. Really pleasant stay with very helpful staff. Rooms very clean but a little dark unless directly under the lights. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Ideal location and would recommend to anyone”

“No issues with services. However you should have some sort of loyalty programe. I have purchased from you on a number of occasions and I know that you offer the best rates but would also be nice to be rewarded for remaining loyal to your brand.”

“Thank you for your company's services booking my hotel. I was a little hesitant as I was booking from Australia and not familiar with your company. I had amazing service, every email replied to within the hour. No one could ask for more. I'm back from holiday and the booking went exactly as promised. When I book for South Africa again , I'll know where to come - and I'll tell my friends.”

“All my queries were answered quickly and professionally. Staff were very professional in carring out my needs and forwered me updates keeping me intouch with every step of the process. I am a pensioner with limited resources - I do not have a scanner or printer and as such needed alternative approach to complete my booking successfully. The staff were able to overcome this and complete my booking arrangements. I can vouch that the staff I delbt with were highly trained and competent to handle my quiries expertly and con highly recommend one using them with ones requirements in future.”

“Initially oustanding service but the booking was cancelled although funds was already deposited into account overall good service”

“We were checked in to a room at the Mount Grace which had enamel peeling off in the bath, the quality of the room for the fee was well below what we've experienced in other 4 and 5 star hotels. The hotel kindly switched rooms and upgraded us”
