“In today's fast pace life there is not a lot or people who takes tme to assist. I have made a booking and due to circumstances had to cancel, rebook and move my booking. Throughout this whole process I had he feeling that the staff really cared. They always emailed back promptly and accommodated me with my requests. Thank you”

“Airport Grand hotel very good but only one thing I did not like - I found the Hotel on Internet and on that website they stated that all rooms have WIFI available. I tried but soon learnt that it was not the case. Why do they advertise it but it is not true. Also , why do you call it AIRPORT GRAND HOTEL while it is 20 minutes drive from airport?. Otherwise I was very happy with the hotel.”

“It was a good experience to have used the site to book the hotel by South African Tourism Company. The only problem I found was that when I made the quote was provided an estimate of the budget, and when I received the confirmation it higher than expected.”

“Ryan and South African Hotels planned our first African Adventure about ten years ago. We had a magnificent time, all the venues they picked were outstanding and everything went like clockwork. So when we decided to go back, this time with two other couples , we of course went back to Ryan and his excellent staff, to plan our small group trip coming up in April. Once again they have put together a very exciting and well planned out trip including luxury trains, boats, helicopters, golf and of course several safaris...We can't wait to start our latest adventure with South African Hotels..
