“This is my first time using South African Hotels to find a holiday booking. Melissa, one of your staff members can take all the credit! She was very helpfull and always there when I had an enquiry and also confirmed via an email. We were very happy with all she has done for us. In future, we shall defenitly book with South African Hotels again!! Thanks for well trained and friendly staff like Melissa. God Bless! Erna Geldenhuys”

“I am sure to be short ow words in describing the efficiency, promptness, friendly and very very professional manner my reservation was handled on southafricanhotels.com. I was very well treated and was greatly helped. I must confess, the service was world-class and I sure will like to put faces to all the wonderful service, help and attention I got. Even telephone calls to them were very promptly attended to and solutions were given easily to problems. I will always be back to them and I very highly recommend them. “In terms of booking everything went smooth and the service was very quick. i think this can only be closed though when i come back from the holiday incase I have chllenges in the reception on my first day of arrival at the hotel. Good service so far.”

“This is the second time I am using South African Hotels. I have been very impressed by their service. I have only used them when booking Sun International properties and they are consistently well priced and everything is always in order for my booking. My only feedback, technology allowing, would be to invest in creating a secure on-line payment environment, which would make the process even smoother. However, I am sure this is something that has already been considered on its merits. Thank you for the service.”
