The service was quick , efficient and hassle free and the best price quoted - even beat direct quote from the resort. Well done will use this site every time !

i found the system and turnaround time to the reservation quick, accurate and painless. i was concerned initially but upon receiving almost immediate feedback and response eased my mind and restored my faith in online transactions. the service was excellent and i will definitely be referring and utilising this tool again in the future. thank you kindly

Easy to use the website but I was a little dubious when it came to payment as I wasn't sure of the security level, or whether in fact the site was genuine. Took a chance in the end and seems to be fine.

Unfortunately even after making FULL. PAYMENT on arrival at the Oyster Box Hotel our names were omitted from their list. We spent over an hour and a half waiting for them to find some receipt or letter from yourselves acknowledging our booking ! Very embarrassing at a hotel of this standard ! They in turn were extremely kind and generous in receiving us. Our room was beautiful and there after our stay could not have been better.

Dear Mrs Howe, thank you very much for taking your time to provide us with your review. We are terribly sorry for the delay you experienced at check in. When you arrived at the hotel, the hotel spoke to myself, Ryan Mackie. The confusion in regards to your reservation came about as we had two guests under the name of Howe with different check in dates. The hotel made the assumption and thought one was a duplicate booking. I spoke to the Front Desk Manager and resolved the issue as we are on duty 24 hours a day to assist our guests. The error was not caused on our side, it was caused by the hotel. As these things do happen from time to time, we do not want to pass the blame and are very sorry for the inconvenience caused during the start of your stay. We are pleased to hear that you did enjoy your stay and that the hotel was accommodating. Your kind understanding is appreciated. HALLO RYAN. THANKS FOR THE OPPERTUNATY TO COMMENT ON YOUR SERVICE.THE EFFORTS DONE WITH THE BOOKINGS WERE EXCILLENT,BUT ON ARRIVAL AT BADPLAAS WE HAD PROBLEMS.THEY SAID THAT ALTHOUGH WE HAD PAPERS PROVING OUR PAYMENT ,THEY DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT AND I HAD TO STAND THERE IN THE QUEUE AND WAIT FOR THEM TO MAKE PHONE CALLS,WHICH TOOK LONG AND WAISTED EVERYBODYS TIME.SECONDLY THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH BREAKFAST.I AM IN POSSESSION OF AN E-MAIL STATING THAT BREAFAST WAS INCLUDED,BUT ACCORDING TO THEM BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDED. AGAIN I HAD TO WAIST ANOTHER 30 MIN. AT RECEPTION.SEEING THAT YOU ASKED,I THINK THAT WAS NOT HANDLED GOOD.PEOPLE AT BADPLAAS WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. JOHANNES WAS VERY HELPFULL,AND NEEDS MENTIONING. Dear Mr Buckley, Thank you for the reply and I am very sorry for inconvenience caused. I am grateful that you brought this issue to our attention. I did investigate the problem and from what I can see is that the Head Office of the Forever Resort Group did not communicate with Badplass itself. I did speak to the Front Desk when they called and it seemed like it is unfortunately an on-going problem. We have requested head office to look into how they can improve their communication with their own resorts. We are hoping that they understand and recognize the problem so that future guest do not have to experience the same problems you had. Once again my sincere apologies. Hartford House in the KZN Midlands has no equal. One of the most beautiful places. The services overall was above excellent. The room was very spacious with a lovely en suite bathroom. Dinner was superb and the staff very friendly. Will recommend without a doubt.

There was no honesty in the dealings, I definitely did not get what I asked fore in short I was scammed the deal was changed after payment was made. it was clear to me that the deal included meals as I requested but I was cheated. furthermore I enquired with the hotel the amount I paid was their standard rate per day for meals to be included of which you paid less ( only room rate) self catering. to make matters worse I phoned before payment was made about the self catering issue and I was assured that this is so to facilitate the deal it does include meal. I feel CHEATED!!!

I was totally satisfied with the performance of South African Hotels throughout the whole booking experience, from my initial enquiry to the final payment and subsequent satisfaction with the whole trip. Replies were prompt and all matters dealt with efficiently.
