“I enjoyed my stay, the rooms were nice and your staff were kind. I was however expecting to be picked from the airport which did not happen and so I had to use other means. You could check on that process to make sure that your guests are not inconvenienced.”

“I’ve always been the tongue-in-cheek type when it comes to making hotel reservations online. I must admit that my dealings with South African Hotels were done hesitantly. However, I have been provided wrong – my issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Every single mail was answered and the necessary confirmation received earlier than expected. Thanks you. It was a pleasure and as I’m in South Africa at least twice a year, I shall be using your services again. Belinda”

“It is not my first time of making use of the South-African-Hotels service and that is why I prefer using your booking services. The 2 ladies that was helping me (Steffi and Melissa) were very professional and quick in there response to any inquiries that I had.
