“I enjoyed my stay, the rooms were nice and your staff were kind. I was however expecting to be picked from the airport which did not happen and so I had to use other means. You could check on that process to make sure that your guests are not inconvenienced.”

“It has been great staying at the Town Lodge Midrand. They have a high level of proffessionalism. The staff treatment was great! They truly made me felt welcomed, it was home away from home.”

“I’ve always been the tongue-in-cheek type when it comes to making hotel reservations online. I must admit that my dealings with South African Hotels were done hesitantly. However, I have been provided wrong – my issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Every single mail was answered and the necessary confirmation received earlier than expected. Thanks you. It was a pleasure and as I’m in South Africa at least twice a year, I shall be using your services again. Belinda”

“I think there. Might be a mistake in the room. I appear to have not got the rooms I requested. 2 king rooms with balconys as we are smokers. I have been assigned smaller rooms not at all happy. Please respond. Kind Regards Helen Carew”

“It is not my first time of making use of the South-African-Hotels service and that is why I prefer using your booking services. The 2 ladies that was helping me (Steffi and Melissa) were very professional and quick in there response to any inquiries that I had.
