“I was unable to get wifi once I confirmed and paid for my room and. The company did not send the link with directions to the hotel with my confirmation. I could not find the hotel using a smart phone and google map directions. I asked for a refund but was denied.”

Dear Ms Andrea Barnes, thank you very much for making use of the review feedback service. We regret that you were not able to find the hotel which you had booked through us. The directions as well as GPS coordinates / map are available on our website for this particular hotel. Furthermore do we provide our clients with a 24/7 available cell phone whereby we can be reached at anytime. Your message was received in the evening after which time all hotels do charge for the nights accommodation. We had paid the hotel in full already and the hotel as, as a result of your non arrival, charged us with the full cancellation fee. Around the OR Tambo Johannesburg Airport is a 4G network and Google maps have exact locations of hotels. We appreciate your kind understanding in regards to this matter.
